3. Our Response Process

4. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the removed content and its previous location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and email, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers, in accordance with applicable law and platform policy.
